I was just wondering what everyone puts in their tank every week? Cal, mag, iron, minerals, etc! Anything and everything you do and why?

Food, because the fish beg. WC's because the corals are prettier when I do, and my supplements are replaced with a Ca reactor because I'm too lazy to mix up a three part regularly.

I changed from dosing to doing large water changes weekly.

I'm an Alk, Calc and Mag doser. Alk and Calc get added three times a day with dosing pumps. Mag gets dosed when needed....about once a week, manually. Other than food and a 15 gallon a week water change, nothing else gets added. I am a firm believer that if you dose it you better be testing for it.

After testing i dose what my tank is lacking. Usally that would be calcium , Magnesium and alkalinty. Most of the other goodies are in the salt mix. But you have to test before adding.

Nothing! I get by with a calcium reactor and a water change every two weeks

Bi-weekly 20% water changes. A little phytoplankton once in between. Only because it seems my pods love it
