What do you feed and how often?

100 gallon, mixed reef with 9 fish. They get fed once a day and a few nights a week they get 1/4 sheet nori. I do feed them heavy for like 10 minutes though, new life spectrum pellets, ocean nutrition formula two pellets and flakes and frozen mysis shrimp. They all have good appetites and gobble up the food. A few probably need to go on a diet. LOL
And I forgot to add occasional chopped table shrimp for the LPS, velvet shrimp and anemone. I also have reef roids and rotifiers but I use that sparingly. Once in a while I will bring home a few raw clams from the grocery store. That’s a real treat for everyone, fish and corals. I have to watch my phosphates once a week.

I Get it all fresh when I get ready to make
A batch. The store bought stuff has high sodium as a preservative. Once all cut up I freeze it myself

I feed some cobalt flakes once or twice a day. Also have an auto feeder that feeds a small amount of seaweed extreme and marine-s twice a day.

I have 16 fish in a 150dd. I feed PE pellets 4x/day with a auto feeder. Feed red and green seaweed few times a week. As for frozen food I make my own using various things with American reef HPD as the main ingredient. I feed that 1 cube a day.

Reefroids twice a week. Can't get easier. The thing about feeding is that you get annoyed of it and ended up stopping. gotta keep it simple. here it is https://amzn.to/3aBY3oV
