What do you feed your chalices??

Predominately, I use Fish Roe (Masago). Very high in HUFAs and other goodies, and I have seen excellent coloration develop.

For the smaller mouthed chalices (and LPS for that matter), I mix up Daphnia & Cyclopeeze.

I try to feed mine cut up PE Mysis but my cleaner shrimp come and steel From my chalices all the time. So I'm tagging along on this one for ideas. Thanks. I guess I feed the tank oyster feast from reef nutrition hoping they get some benefit from that.

I was feeding mysis and fauna marin until I got a cleaner shrimp and having the same problems as BigJohnWoody. So I haven't been feeding them. kinda sucks

Mine love the mysis and cylopeeze. I can't seem to get them to take down the FM pellets though. My acans love em though.

Faunin Marin LPS pellets, masago, tapeko, Rod's food, live BBS, live copepods...

brine, fauna marin, coral frenzy for me. I've tried a bunch of other products but this works best for me and my frags.

I mix a coral fondue lol of phytoplankton, faunamarin, coral frenzy, oyster feast, cyclopeeze and my secret ingredient stir it all up and pull out the turkey baster they love it than when I don't do the fondue I do the pellets and mysis

For target feeding I like "golden pearls"....a brine shrimp direct product. They are very small (easy for even the smallest corallites to consume), CHEAP, and nutritious. Formula one small marine pellets work well too, but are a little bigger. I dose live plankton to the entire system occassionally, which feeds things well while minimizing waste.

For target feeding ill use either cyclopeeze or mysis, otherwise ill use reefbugs everything seems to love that stuff
