I usually just dump cubes of mysis in my tank and lately I've tried using this bottle of Marine Snow I picked up at LFS. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on Marine Snow so was wondering what other people use for feeding corals.

I have like 8000 things I like to feed them, because I'm insane. [emoji16] I use ZoPlan, reef roids, freeze dried brine shrimp, and recently bought some reef chili and selcon.

Some people say that's all they need is a little dirtier water.
How often do you do a water change.

Reef Chile is a good product - great for spot feeding. LRS fish food is great for the aforementioned fish factory, as well as has enough stuff when served that it also acts as a broadcast feeding for coral.

Same here... The highest grade culinary FISH Poop! Plus flow and lights! Is all they need.

To those who do feed your coral, do you feed because your tank is low in nutrients and do you stop if your nutrients get too high?

I have fed reef roids but only do it because I don't have enough fish in my tank and nutrients get extremely low. I sometimes skip the reef roids and just feed the fish a bit more than usual and that works as well.

My tank is usually at Zero for PO4 and NO3. I run my tank with 0.01-0.02ppm of PO4 and Nitrates around 1-2ppm. This is all done through 3-4 small feeding daily. I use Brine shrimp, PE mysis and Cyclopeez as well as Reef Nutrition Tigger Feast. Then once a week I will feed LRS Reef Frenzy.

We feed a combination of CoralFeast and AminoFeast. Also we give it the 9 hours dose of high quality Reef lighting. Sometimes we feed frozen foods as well, just depends on the day.
