What do you feed your corals?

I feed my plate coral, duncan, and palys fauna marin lps pellets. Ive triedd feeding coral frenzy to softies, but im not sure if they are eating it.

I don't have "coral food" specifically, but I make my own frozen food for everyone and it includes phytoplankton (Photo-Feast), oyster eggs (Oyster Feast), rotifers (Hikari), fish eggs (R.O.E.), daphnia (Hikari), cyclops (Hikari), calanus (Piscene), mysis (Piscine & Hikari) and small krill (San Fransisco Plankton). I mix in a few other things as I find them around. This feeds everyone from 1 mm red fan worms and sponges up to my hawkfish.

For me, I have had good experience with coral frenzy. They always welcome it and I have had great growth on my LPS and soft corals with it. I don't keep many SPS corals, so I would not know about that.

I feed my tank a mixture of reef roids, polup booster, amino reef nourishment and frozen shrimps. Mix a bit of each all together and spot feed. Phosphates and nitrates always good and new heads or polyps growing. Feeds the fish same time. Have had good success with feeding like that.

I should really just have a copy and paste of what I feed my systems. Depending on the type of coral and system (lumping them into SPS and LPS doesn't work) I'll feed a mix of any of the following and mix it up of how much of each I use. So not all of this goes into one system unless it's my NPS system, then it's a blend of all of it in different amounts.

-Tahitian blend phytoplankton mix.
-2 species of Diatoms, up to 20 microns.
-Paracoccus bacteria powder
-Golden pearls 5-50 micron, 50-100 micron, and 100-200 micron
-Frozen/powdered rotifers
-Brine shrimp nauplii
-Copepod powder /frozen arctic copepods

I feel like I'm missing a couple but that's a good list for now.
