I’ve had a snowflake for quiet some time and I’ve been feeding it frozen krill. I was looking at the package and it says there’s only 4.5% min of protein. Seems kinda low. I have mysis shrimp that’s frozen and it says 69.5%. Wondering if there’s something that’s better for my eel. What do you guys feed your eel?

You need to read the fine print. Sometimes nutritional information is by wet weight; sometimes dry weight. No organism that ever roamed the earth had 70% protein by wet weight. Shrimp contain more than 75% water by body weight so you do the math.

Big old prawns and frozen squid from the grocery store. You can soak them in Selcon prior to feeding. I had a snowflake that ate that exclusively for years and was always happy and healthy, too healthy. He would occasionally take a fish now and then because he could.
