What do you feed your fish?

I feed nori sheets, tdo pellets, frozen cubes, mysis, and flakes. All depends on the day

I feed frozen mysis/brine, and nori sheets. I also feed live freshly hatched baby brine shrimp for my mandarins, but my gobies eat it too.

i only have a cpl of gobies, chromis and midas blenny

Mainly LRS Reef Frenzy Nano 'cause it's easiest for me and my massive collection of 4 small fish love it.
On occasion, I'll make a small concoction of random stuff (mostly live clams/mussels with some dry stuff added) and freeze but usually too lazy.

Everything in the tank eats rods herbivore blend- so they get it twice a day. TDO pellets are given on an auto feeder once a day, but YT won't touch it and foxface will rarely go up to get it. Half sheet nori every day and 1-2 spirulina tabs/day in clip. One serving of frozen/mixed with TDO pellets soaked in vitamins(selcon/polyplabs).
And occasionally some clams from grocery store.

Oh, and I feed my puffer frozen clams.
