I need to restock on food and it got me thinking about what others are feeding.

Please share what you feed and why you choose this particular food. :)

I do a combo of PE Mysis, Aqua Vitro Fuel, Frozen Cyclo, Oyster Magnifique and Phyto. I also feed Fauna Marin LPS pellets twice a week.

Recommended by the LFS and reviewing online with what others use in this forum.

I switch off with a huge variety: Live brine shrimp, Frozen brine shrimp, New Life Spectrum pellets, Instant Ocean marine chips, Frozen PE mysis shrimp, Roggers Complete Reef , Phyto, Oyster Feast, Fauna Marin pellets, Sea Veggies, Spirulina, Coral Frenzy and Chopped Squid. Nobody goes hungry in my tanks Lol!

I have a Superfeeder which feeds a combination of food 5x a day - Spectrum Energy Pellets, Reef Nutrition OTO pellets, Sustainable Aquatics Pellets, NLS Pellets (2 different sizes), and Freeze dried cyclopeeze.

Then in the evenings I feed something different every day. I choose from the Reef Nutrition line of Tigger Pods, Phyto Feast, Mysis Feast, Oyster Feast and Roe. Or I use frozen food cubes of Brine, Mysis, Daphnia, Cyclops, Nutramar Ova

Mytis shrimp, brine shrimp, flakes, pellets, Redsea reef energy.

I mix it up everyday, but they get fed three times a day:

Rod's Food - Original Blend - It has a little something for everyone
New Life Spectrum Pellets - Easy to feed and enhances color
Formula Two Flakes - The tangs and bicolor blenny need it
Spurinula w/brine shrimp - Tangs and blenny
PE Mysis - Everything
Nori sheets - Tangs
Cyclopeez - Corals and fish
Coral Frenzy - Corals and fish
Zoplan - Corals
Oyster Feast Corals and fish
DT's Phyto - corals
Feed the Sun Coral Frozen squid every other day
Once a week I cut up 1 frozen table shrimp and feed the Anemones and LPS's.

It doesn't matter what I put in my tank everybody eats everything, except the Dragonette.

I can't speak for my reef yet because I'm still getting dialed in as far as what my guys will take, but my FW fish do excellently on New Life Spectrum foods with the occasional bloodworms, brine shrimp and/or cucumber :)
My mandarin dragonet took a SFB frozen brine shrimp all by himself yesterday - I'm so proud!!

Mysis Shrimp, Squid chunks, Roamine Lettuce, Chopped up Shrimp, Phyto, Cyclopeez.

I keep my corals well fed and feed 2-3 times per week in the evenings when the feeding tentacles are out. For my SPS corals I alternate with frozen oyster eggs or cyclops, Tropic Marin Pro-Coral Phyton and TM Pro-Coral Zooton. I have noticed greater polyp extension and more pods etc. in my tank since I started feeding the Pro Coral foods a couple of years ago. For my LPS I use thawed and rinsed PE Mysis Shrimp and New Era marine pellets which they love.
