Reef Nutrition TDO, and the occasional cube of mysis, plus a very very small amount of nori for the 2 tangs I have. My LPS gets spot fed twice a week, Blasto in day, Favia at night with reef roids and Phyto feast. I spot feed my feather dusters with Oyster Feast occasionally.

Frozen raw seafood shrimp and scallops grated for the pinnatus batfish, flakes, nori fresh brine shrimp hatch for the others and of course the pods in the aquarium, when I can find a source closer than 2 hrs away, fresh clams, mussles and shrimp

I do a mix of Brightwell aminos, reef-roids, polyp booster, coral frenzy and just a dash of RODI.

Mix into heavy paste, turn off your pumps/power heads and target feed.

If you’re talking about corals I’ve got an entire write up for that regime. Fish I just swish a chunk of the LRS frozen around until they stop eating or I can see their little pot bellies. I’m pretty sure my clowns would explode like goldfish if I let them keep eating...

green and purple nori
either omega brine or gut loaded brine with larrys reef-sometimes flake snack if po4 is low.
reef roids mixed into a paste with some other crap in it 2x week for corals.
