What do you feed your Zoa's?

No target feeding here, just whatever they get when I feed the tank rod's food

Cheap-o San Francisco Bay mysis. I've tried Hikari too, but more types seem to consistently eat the SF, so I just crush it up into smaller bits and target feed with a dropper.
