tell me whot you dose your tanks with for nutrients please" and are you happy with results? and was it better than the method you have used in past reef setups?

im still very unsure whot to go with for my tank!

What makes you think you need to dose any nutrients at all? IMHO most of the 'stuff' being sold as reef nutrients is over priced and almost unneeded... to the point of being useless. But I won't call it 'snake oil' as it's not fake ingredients, just not needed for the most part.

Do you do water changes? Do you have fish in the tank? Do you feed the fish? And importantly IMHO, do you feed them a wide variety of foods?

If you only feed one kind of food to your fish, or if you have very few or no fish, or you don't do enough water changes, or you over filter and skim your water... maybe then some kind of reef nutrition would be useful. If you are just trying to make coral color up or grow faster... good luck.

I think the OP is asking about 2 part.... not coral/fish food.
