Hi,
Ok I can't make up my mind about which lighting fixture to use. I just saw this metal halide and T5 combo light 0dyssea 30" 346W Metal Halide System Advance Plus
AND IT'S 346 WATTS. MY TANK IS 18"L x 30"W x 24"H. I have sps and soft corals. Do you guys think this light is good or too much for my tank?
and could I change the metal halide bulb to XM 250 watt 20 k bulb? would this be enough for my corals? do you guys have any experience with this light? It is less than the fixture that I was going to buy? I was going to buy a T5 fixture which had 4 bulbs but only 96 watts in total and cost more than this lighting fixture.
