alright guys i got a used sump and overflow i have carbon and bio balls along with two sponges and a little filter floss ontop of the eggcrate to keep noise down. still have that stupid sea clone but its producing 4 times as much as it ever did hanging on the back. not sure the size of return pump but it cam off of a 55 bow front. think this will do allot better than my old H.O.T magnum running carbon lol. but guys let me know i need some professianal help because i want to do it right and im looking into getting 2 250watt halide ill let every one know how that goes.

if you get or have liverock in the tank you will want to get rid of the bio balls, with the liverock you wont need a extra biologicall filter in the sump. not to mention over time bio balls actually will create higher levels of nitrates in the water witch you dont want.
