What light are you using to light your fuge? I was using the H80 but now have an H380 on the way.

I use this for cheato in the sump. Feed heavy, runs around NO3 8-10, po4 0.01-0.03

I needed something with a smaller footprint. I've only been using it a few weeks, but my chaeto and dragons breath are growing out of their "jail". This just a temporary situation while I build my new tank.

Sorry, pics are sideways.

I was thinking about a daylight led flood light for cost (30w for $10). Is there any specific spectrum chaeto needs or is anything ok?

this is the spectral graph of the kessil H380 which has become the gold standard of refugium lights. It's got near perfect blue and red spectrum which plants need for chloraphil a and b
