I have two oscellaris clowns and a purple fire fish in my EVO 13.5. I also have a small (2.5-3") starry blenny hanging out in my 20L frag tank. I've been thinking about replacing one these fish with the blenny until it outgrows the EVO but I can't decide which. The clowns are paired but the female has recently increased her bullying of the smaller clown and fire fish, so she may be the one that ends up moving.
My tank is a Florida/Caribbean biotope so I have 4 masked gobies (not spectacular to look at but very active) and a bunch of sexy shrimp with plans to add some Pederson's when they become available again. Plus gorgonians, reef hermits and some hitchhikers (I have at least 4 crabs that are still smaller than a quarter after 6 months - not sure of the id of any except for the acropora crab, Tetralia negrolineata).
I have no fish yet, only a cleaner shrimp with turbo snail, and some blue leg hermits. But I'll be getting a nice pair of clowns(some rare variety maybe some Frostbite, Wyoming, or Black Ice) and with a yellow clown goby.
Bringing this old thread back to life. Curious what others have in their nanos, especially 15 gallon or smaller nanos.
I've currently got a clown and a firefish. Would like to add 1 more if possible.
I do weekly 2.5 gallon water changes with my 13.5 gallon Fluval Evo.
