Planet 85 gallon rimless with the crystalline glass its a year and a half old and it includes tank, modern stand, systems crystal 36 elite sump, hard pvc plumbing setup for 3 individual reactors and controllable refugium section, eheim 1262 return pump all for 1200 obo. for a first salt water lps reef tank. Do you think this is a good deal for the price or no. Please help.

Seems a bit steep for a used tank to me.

Here's one that includes all plumbing, skimmer and return pump, brand new for 1200. And I know personally if you contact them they'd give you an even better price.
