I am currently using Omega 1 formula fish food and my fish love it. But I have read that you should not feed your fish only one type of food. I have been thinking about making a whiteworm and black worm farm, do the fish eat any other type of worms? If anyone has any favorite fish foods that they use I would like to hear it.

I get frozen shrimp, scallops and tilapia and make my own discs for periodic feedings. I feed them mysis cubes and red seaweed on a regular basis. The tang snacks on the glass scrapings all the time as well. :D

I'm currently using Ocean Nutrition Formula One, Two and Prime Reef Flakes, OSI Spirulina Flakes & Zoomed Earthworm flakes. I also use NLS pellets, frozen Beef heart, Mysis and Emerald Entrée. Live black worms too. This is only for a couple Ocellaris clownfish in my current 20 gallon tank though. When I had my old 60 gallon reef set up along with two 50 gallon freshwater tanks and a 40 breeder, (FW) I was feeding all the foods pictured below. Things were good... :D

We use ocean nutrition formula one and two and the prime all in flake form in our apex feeder as well as green red and purple nori. And frozen formula one and two mysis brine and plankton. Also have pellets but none of my fish like them. I used to feed the pellets to lps corals like scoly plates and brains.

I have only fed rods for 4 years now and I drive close to 300 miles just to get it.

I feed a lot of nori. This keeps the big boys somewhat for so when the other food comes in,they aren't as aggressive. Other than that, I feed large and small Spectrum pellets, spectrum algae disks, and some hikari dried krill. When not feeling lazy, I feed some frozen mysis and krill. I feed a lot, but I'm very conscious about feeding dirty foods (frozen).
