What do you use to block refugium light from skimmer?

great idea using the plastic cardboard. I also have some white acrylic . But it is opaque not sure how much light would pass thru it. Another project !

Illuminated by a single H80 mounted 8" above the water using "Grow" with 100% intensity. Refugium dimensions are 14x16x10 (LxWxH). Your issue isn't the light.

Wow! Thanks for sharing! Since making some recent changes I've noticed growth in my chaeto. But thank you for sharing this awesome picture. Shows that a little light can pack a big punch

Ok So I have this piece of plastic cardboard it is/was a large coke sign. I has red paint or something on one side. I'm not sure if this red coating would be safe to be submerged. I want to line the baffle with it to block the light. Any opinions? Thanks !
