What does Ecotech Versa and Neptune Trident have in common?

Answer: Both cannot be found anywhere.

I am more interested in the Ecotech Versa though.

I checked Marine Depot, Premium Aquatics, Aquacave, Saltwateraquarium, Aquariumspecialty, Fishtankdirect, Bulkreefsupply, Fragtasticreef....etc....and I found none of them have it in stock.

Covid-19 must hit Ecotech hard.

All I can say is research research research. Have a few friends that got versas and all wished they waited until all the bugs got worked out. I will not LEAK anymore information ; )

Thanks for the heads up. Did some googling and browsed through some of the Versa threads on this forum and found out about the many stories of the Versa leaking at the insert area.

I guess that is why Ecotech put a hold on producing anymore Versa until things get fixed. Not sure why they did not test the leakage problem before they sell them.

Any Versa shipping since that first launch quantity has had that initial o-ring issue resolved. The reason why they can't be found is because they are in high demand. We are working tirelessly to make as many as we can, but with COVID-19 we have to do so with a skeleton crew in order to stay safe.

That's why I got a 4 pack when they were first released. No problems with them at all and love them

Not sure if I can trust this one. It is cheaper than the retail price and not sure if it is brand new or used and has any defect. The seller has a 90% approval rating and not sold by Amazon.

Weird I was there about 2 weeks ago and they still had one that had been sitting for a while.
I don’t believe TSM sells any apex stuff. Don’t think they use them either honestly.

yeah no apex stuff but Tsm fish are the best

Lots of things are going to be a bit hard to find for a while ..... particularly those things that were already hard to find pre COVID.
