What does it cost?

OK, first off real quick? Can someone explain in laimens terms what/how to figure tha cost of running say a IWAKI 70 RLXT and then compare it to say a Sequence Dart or somethin like that?

Next the same for light and heaters?


After we Figure all that out, what can we do to help min. the cost say maybe switching from VHOs to T-5s, or somethin.

you can figure out the watts per hour based on your equipment...but then you'll need to look at your electric bill and apply your kWh that your electric company charges you in order to figure out your cost of running them.

Well I think there is more to just 250watts for 250 watt ballast.
An icecap 250watt mh ballast is not the same as a pfo 250watt mh ballast

they both run a 250watt bulb but do not run at the same amps
meaning 1 costs more to run than the other.
I sent out some e-mails when I get all the fine print I'll share it.
