To be safe soak for weeks in peroxide. By the time you killed the aiptasia the bacteria would be dead too. Even then a small piece of aiptaisa might still be alive

Mine worked on the small ones but the nudis don't seem to touch the big ones. I still have 3 left but I just leave them alone and so far no outbreak. If I have another outbreak I will kill the large ones and then introduce the nudis again. They did work great on all but the very big ones.

what if the rock I taken out and a quick muriatic acid bath is done. then washed and put back in. I wouldn't think the acid would kill all the bacteria down deep in the rock that quick.
