I saw a fish online advertised as mac aquacultured that seems impossible to raise in captivity. does anyone know what this label means?

I know my lfs uses this supplier and I was browsing their inventory to see what I could ask my lfs to order. I noticed this china wrasse was shown as being Mac aquacultured. I bought one from my lfs recently and it readily eats chopped cocktail shrimp from the get go. I’m wondering if this was why. And if so. Does this mean tamarins could become readily available in the future?? Imagine owning a blue line or red tail tamarin wrasse like you would buy a yellow coris or melanurus.

It's possible they managed to breed that wrasse but my money would be on it being a wild caught wrasse sold by MAC and categorized incorrectly. FWIW I'm in no way an expert on wrasse and their current breeding programs
