What does SUMP Cleaning look like?

How clean is your sump? What does your sump look like when you decide it's time to clean it? How do you clean it? I've got a 20g long with center fuge and it't beginning to look a little nasty! Battled some red slime for a while and it seems to be under control now.

My sump looks about like this most of the time.
I don't put a lot of thought into cleaning it, but I keep it pretty simple.
If a lot of dietrus has collected I do have a buckethead vacuum that fits on a 5g bucket, I may vac the bottom once, maybe twice a year.
