What does your clean up crew consist of?

I use a variety of snails and 1 kind of crab.

Nassarius Snails
Strombus Snails (Multiply like crazy in my tank)
Cerith Snails
Nerite Snails
a couple large Turbo Snails
Astrea Snails

The only crabs I keep are Emerald Crabs

I believe these crabs do a great job, without any negatives, like other crabs have.

Nerite and magarita snails, 1 lg brittle star, around a dozen blue legged hermits. 125 mixed reef going to 240 mixed reef soon.

Mostly just turbos they clean the most and don't forget the best clean up crew yourself!

Astrea snails, scarlet reef hermits, brittle star, serpent star, linkia star, one emerald crab, coral banded shrimp, cleaner shrimp, one queen conch, one fighting conch, and a couple nassarius snails.

Just a couple Astrea

1 fire shrimp
1 conch

and me

Inverts:
Many, many, many Astrea, Trochus, Turbo, Cerith, Nerite, Nassarius, Stomatella Varia (hitch-hikers!) snails
1 Tuxedo urchin
1 Fighting conch
3 Peppermint shrimps
1 Emerald crab
Scores of blue leg hermits
Several zebra striped leg hermits (ugly.. but long-lived and very busy little guys)
Several larger maroon leg hermits
Several scarlet hermits
Scores of micro shrimp lookin' amphipods that come out at night
Scores of copepods that come out at night
Bristle worms... many

Fish:
Orange-lined sand-sifting goby

...and to a much lesser degree than I'd hoped, a Yellow Eye Kole Tang that is far more interested in bothering tank mates than grazing on the live rock

Astrea snails (a few),cerith snails (lots of them), 2 cucumbers, few nerite snails, red mithrax crab and hundreds of small blue leg hermits and a dozen or so scarlet hermits.

Nothing, really, anymore. I suppose my two tangs count, but that's it.

I never thought I'd be one to say that I have a minimal amount of hermits and snails. I last ordered of them a while ago. I no longer intend on getting anything more as I do most of that work on the tank and I just feel like the clean up crew clutters the tank. If I have any, it's because visitors like seeing them. :)
