what eats bubble algee?

i see more random spots of this stuff. what do I need to buy to rid my tank of it? (nonchemical based)

Emerald crabs.

Emerald crabs, blonde naso tangs, pitho crabs, halloween urchins, and foxfaces are known to eat it. I personally recommend the pitho crabs, as they are the best fit for smaller tanks and seem to be more likely to eat the stuff than the others.
