What else can i do for this dino?

I am currently battling dino in my 20g reef tank (a very minor outbreak) I have a bottle of dinox (last resort because it will kill my fuge). And a 9 watt green killing machine, I think it has started to decline but I'm not sure if the uv alone will kill it off. What else can I do? (My nitrates are above 10 and phos is like .05) I can dose live phyto if so how much? Thanks for the insight!

Try raise your pH slowly to 8.4 and you can try peroxide too, small doses so your macros don't struggle, maybe 1 ml daily and keep your fuge monitores (the dose for 20 gallons is 2 ml, so it's half to play it safe)

I've considered doing peroxide for hair algae but not dino. Does it work on dino? Is it risk free on my corals and copepods/isopods

It worked for me, but my chaeto and caulerpa suffered a bit from regular dosing, so maybe start with smaller doses. Coral wise no ill effects, the only thing i noticed was zoas closing up for a few hours with the first doses (mixed reef)
Microfauna didn't seem to care...
I use an oxydator in all my tanks based on peroxide and keeps my water very clear with no yellow tint while increasing oxygen levels, check out the sochting oxydators and how they work, it was my alternativa to UV and carbon use, regards!
