I've got a 110 with a lot of rock stacked up, and its very porous. It's about 6 months old. I don't run socks. I have a refugium. I've got pretty favorable pod conditions, but I have to look pretty hard to find any. There are some, and there are more in the refugium. I suppose I should try seeding with an order, but first, I thought I'd ask what else might be eating them. In the tank I just have 3 chromis, 2 pajama cardinals, 1 flame goby, 2 naked cinnamon clowns, an emerald crab, a tiger conch, maybe 8-10 small hermits. I also have apparently perfect snail and serpent star breeding conditions - seems like I have hundreds of small snails and hundreds more small serpent stars. I don't so much need pods right now, I just expect to see more. I rarely if ever see any of these fish picking at the rock work. I am feeding some phyto a few times a week, I could up the dose.
