What else should I dose besides esv 2 part and mag?

I have kalkwasser ordered and will be putting it in my ATO once I get my levels where I want them. Should I dose iodine, trace elements, potassium? Will these actually help my tank help my coral colors pop or help them grow at all? I have 2 sections left on my doser I wouldn't mind using if it was something actually worth dosing.

Are you using the ESV two part, or limewater (kalkwasser), or both?

I don't consider iodine to be useful for a typical reef tank. I dosed it for years then stopped and saw no difference. Many others have had the same experience.

Potassium does not always deplete (it never did in my tank for 20 years) so measure before dosing.

Trace elements might or might not be useful. Some you may already have an excess of, so adding a mix might boost some when they are already elevated.
