I’m downsizing my tank to a Waterbox mini peninsula 15. The tank comes with return pump and media so I will need a new
Light
Wave maker
Heater
Skimmer

so please send any recommendations. Here is the spec for the new tank.

You said you're downsizing... What equipment do you already have that you might be able to reuse?

IIRC, Waterbox sells/ recommends skimmers for their AIOs. Since it's a pretty small chamber, I'd see what they recommend first.
I looked on the waterbox website but they weren’t selling any other equipment. The lights I have are too big (tmc pulsar sps8) as my current tank is just under 3 ft. I have a 150w heater but I’m assuming that will be too much?. Skimmer is a boyu so not the best and won’t fit and the wave maker is this one aquarium systems new jet wave nano 2200

A 3x5" skimmer chamber isn't going to leave you with many options... unless you opt to do a HOB. 15 gallons may not require a skimmer though... What are you planning to keep?
I'd start by using the middle chamber for media and not a skimmer...

Depends on your budget if you have the budget for it i would personally use all ecotech equipment for flow and lighting and a small reef octopus skimmer for your skimming. I would do 1 Mp10, 1 Gen6 pro xr15 for flow and lighting. For heating im not sure what i would use because i dont have to heat my 125 gallon up at all i actually have to cool it down because i live in a hot climate. Any Reef octopus skimmer would do the trick for a small system like yours. Thats what i would use. I use all ecotech equipment on my 125 and reef octopus for my skimming and i love all the products that both companies make and they are top notch.

IMO probably don't need a skimmer from the outset. See what your nutrients do after setting the tank up and add/remove mechanical filtration as necessary. I have a 12 gallon aquapod AIO with the following...

Light: Nicrew 30W with dual-channel timer/controller
Wavemaker: Jebao SOW-3
Heater: HiTauing Aquarium Heater 50 W with inkbird controller (be sure to get one thats short enough to fit in the tank!)
Skimmer: None
Filtration: Large pore sponge, purely for biological filtration, never gets rinsed.
ATO: MagTool Optical ATO

I went all amazon off-brand and I'm pretty happy with it. Growing a torch, candy cane, blasto, acan, duncan, lobo, and zoas. I've seen measurable growth from all of these except the blasto because I only got it recently. Despite the fact I have zero mechanical filtration, and I never clean the sand, I struggle to keep my nutrients from bottoming out. I do weekly water changes (much easier to do this on a small tank like this).

I'm not 100% sure but I think all the equipment you suggested is wildly overdoing it. The MP10 seems like way to much flow in such a small tank. I run the Jebao on the lowest setting (~500 lph) and it only goes up to 3000 lph. THe MP10 goes up to 9500 lph which is way way to0 much in my opinion (maybe different if you're growing all SPS). The Gen6 pro xr15 has a 4 ft spread and is designed for 24-40 inch deep tanks. The 15 gallon waterbox peninsula is only 14 inches deep. I'd be surprised if Reef Octopus even made skimmers small enough to fit in this tank.

Perhaps you didn't hear how small of a tank the OP was getting?

I didnt realize it was only a 15 gallon then yes a Mp10 is way to much and the small hob reef octopus would suffice
