what even is this thing? (green tentacles)

i can’t get a good picture of it but it’s in the back of my tank just hanging out. have no idea what it is. my guess is an anemone or a stray mushrooom

Obviously it's hard to be sure, but the tentacle shape, position, and size have me leaning towards mushroom.
