What exactly comes with the ghl mini wifi?

Not sure what's in the box.
I need temp controller and a ph controller.
I think it comes with it but not sure and also a controlled power bar with 4 outlets? Is this right? Please help me with this question, I seen conflicting results... It's not very clear.

If you order the Set, it comes with temperature sensor, pH probe and 4 outlet standard Powerbar.
