According to their website it have many other things in it along with alk and cal.
In a nano tank that might be sufficient but make sure to test for alk and cal also mag as it does have mag in it too. I am afraid that by constant addition it might throw some elements out of proportion.
For example. You may need to increase alk and other levels are just fine. By adding this product you are also adding cal/mag and lots of other elements that will also rise out of balance.

It is not a significant source of calcium. It is just an alk supplement, and I do not think it optimal for reef tanks. Too much borate.
