What external overflow??

I have a Marineland 75 gallon tank. I would like a discrete overflow mounted in the center of the tank. I have no issues with drilling. I am hesitant because I want my water level not to show. What thin (I don't care how wide) overflow can be mounted on this rimmed tank in the center without the center support getting in the way?

Modular Marine overflow boxes specifically have a notched external box to accommodate the lip of trimmed tanks in order to hide the waterline behind the trim.
