Hey guys. Thanks for reading. I've been posting constantly since setting up my tank so thanks for helping. I recently set up and cycled my first tank. A biocube 32. My goal is a mixed reef tank with zoas, and soft corals. I have filter floss in the media basket. Stock lighting. No wave maker. Just stock return pump. I want to upgrade lighting, get a wave maker, and get an intake media basket. My question is. What is the first thing I should upgrade or add before adding coral and fish? Or anything I may have left out. I want to do this slowly. I don't want to break the bank buying it all at once. Thanks!

What make of light fixture do you have? If it's a typical low wattage led that comes with so many smaller bio-cubes, I'd probably start there.

Wavemakers are nice, but not really required. Until you have some real bio-load, you really don't need to worry too much about filtration. But improvements in this area would be my 2nd choice for improvement. Does your system have a skimmer?
