In an all anemone/clownfish tank?

I want some cool fish for my 135g.

What would you add?

Oh and I am looking for fish I can't have with a reef.

I'd look at some wrasses that aren't deemed reef safe, like a red coris, harlequin tusk (my personal favorite), or a banana wrasse. You could also look at some triggers, but as they get larger they would probably bother the clowns, so you'd need to find a new home.

So Angels will be ok with Anemones? Is there any fish that wouldn't be safe with the nems?

You'll probably have more incompatability issues with the clowns than with the nems. I don't know of any fish off the top of my head that will cause issues with the nems, but I can think of plenty that will harass or eat the clowns.

Hmmm can we start a list? LOL!

I want some small angels for sure.

You said small angels, so I'm assuming you mean dwarf angelfish, but with a 135g you could easily house some of the larger angels as well. Here's my list of some of my favorite dwarf angels:
Flame angel
Lemonpeel angel
Eibli Angel
Potters Angel
Pygmy Angel
Bandit angel

They tend to be pretty territorial, so you should try to add them at the same time if you plan on adding a few. But let's focus on the real problem here... no love for the wrasses?

Do 2 or three lemon butterflyfish and a couple packastan butterflyfish!
And a red sea regal angel! Oh and a conspicuous angel ;-)

Yeah, some butteflies would be awesome as well, but some of them are known to bother nems, so be sure to research them thoroughly.

AHHH the choices!! Yes I love wrasses as well.
