What kind of fish food are you all using? Do you use frozen food primarily or dry food primarily?

Let's see, I use a few.

Ocean nutrition formula 1 and 2, hikari marine s and seaweed extreme, new life spectrum Thera a, Reef frenzy, PE mysid and cyclop eeze

I use frozen food: Rod's Food and a multi-pack I got from Petco called San Francisco Bay Brand. 2 - 3 times a week I add Selcon to the food.

I feed mostly Formula 2 flakes, with frozen once a week. that is usually a mixture of PE mysis, rods, cyclopeze, bloodworms, crushed squid, chopped clams, rotifers and anything else i may have in the freezer.

I have an auto feeder with Formula Two Pellets (herbivore and omnivore) mixed with new Life Spectrum Marine Pellets fed 4 times a day. Then I feed Julian Spung green and purple seaweed every other day. And I do a frozen mixture with brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, raw cocktail shrimp, and raw scallops. I have lowered the amount of food in each feeding to try getting my Phosphates down but continue with the same formula.

I use New Life Spectrum pellets for a staple, and then Rod's, SFB Mysis (want to switch to PE), Emerald Entree, and whatever else I can get. My mandarin dragonet gets live copepods and the green spotted puffer gets live ramshorn snails. I clip nori in the FO tank but my current reef fish ignore it (the clowns even seem afraid of it!) so that tank doesn't get any. The corals get SFB bloodworms, frozen rotifers, Goniopower, and brine shrimp.

It's amazing how my acan devours bloodworms.

Omega One Flakes, Cyclop-Eeze, San Fran Bay Multi Pack and Nori from the Asian Market that's $5.49 for 40 sheets which I've been feeding for almost 8 months. My tangs, lawnmower blenny and flame angel LOVE this nori!

I only feed 4-5 times a week, but when I do it is usually Rod's (frozen), frozen mysis, Prime Reef Flakes, or Formula One pellets.

You sound like "The Most Interesting Man in the World." Makes me want to get a Dos Equis on my lunch break.

I currently use AP Breed pellets that I keep in the fridge. It's fed once a day. Every other day I feed one of the following late at night: Mixed Golden Pearls (50-100), BRS' coral food, or Coral Frenzy.

I sometimes feed the fish Frozen Mysis Shrimp that I thaw and rinse as a treat.

I have formula one flakes and pellets, formula two pellets, a mixture of different frozen food and nori. I feed once a day, and I add nori 2 to 3x a week.

Spectrum pellets and the occasional nori or frozen food(home made). Mostly pellets though.

Salifert Energy plus. Hands down the best food I've ever used. I got some of Larry's reef food at the Nashville swap earlier this year that's in my freezer now waiting on my tank to cycle so I can add fish. I'll report back on it when I use it for a while. But I'm serious about the salifert food. It will take a lot to get me to switch.
