What fish hitchhiker is this?

I've been removing inhabitants from an old neglected tank that hasn't had any maintenance for a long time.
When removing the final rock a fish fell out and landed on the floor. It was alive! So weird!
This fish was never purchased or knowingly added. It's a bit raggedy and must stay in bolt holes as I've never seen the thing before!
I scooped it up and its now acclimatising for a new tank...
But what is it? Its like a goby and a scooter blenny had a love child?
I once had a Dracula goby but he hasnt been seen in a long time.

Seriously cool. You mentioned you once had a Dracula goby. I think you found her. She doesn't look quite like the pictures on the internet but there are a lot of fish in the sea and sometimes similar looking fish get sold under the same name. Or she could be less colorful due to stress.

YOOOOOOOOOOOO this is awesome I have a bonded pair of these. They are called Circus Gobies or black bared goibes they swim upside down most time but you wont see them during the day they come out mostly at night and are shy.

No worries I have owned 3 of these currently have my bonded pair from Live A. I only see them here and there but still neat fish to have

It doesn't look like my old Dracula goby but you never know... This was the fish when I got it like 6 years ago or so.

That does indeed look like the correct I.d. Amazing. This fish had probably been hiding in my tank 7+ year. How crazy is that! That's some hitchhiker haha.
