I currently have a yellow watchman goby and 2 clownfish. How many more fish can I add and what fish do you guys recommend?

None, that’s full for a 20 gallon. You can add some inverts, but 20 gallons is on the small side for clowns. Clowns get aggressive as they mature.

Agree, you're at the max. You could do two much smaller fish if you rehomed the goby - for example in my 25 gallon nano tank I've got two clowns, a neon dottyback, and a six line wrasse. It works because the dottyback and wrasse are both very small fish and all four of them are jerks. A meek fish in that small a space with the clowns will get torn up.

Both of my clowns are over 2 years old so I think they’re already matured. And they’ve been really peaceful with the yellow watchman goby

I have 2 clownfish and 1 mandarin dragonet.
For the mandarin, it's quite a small tank due to the pod population but I have no issue right now. Mandarin got used to eat frozen brine shrimp.
