Hey there, just looking to get some input on some fun fish to add to my tank since i have lost a few from jumping since no top.
Im looking for something that will be more bold once it settles into the tank. I like seeing things moving when i look at my tank.
currently i have a 120 gallon with a 40 gallon sump.
I have plenty of live rock and hiding spaces. No water issues to speak of.
live stock follow:
1x Foxface rabbitfish (very well behaved)
1x yellow tang (best buds with fox)
3x lyretail
1 yellow goby with pistol shrimp(first fish in my last tank, about 3+ years old now)
1x cleaner shrimp
1x blood shrimp
2x peppermint
CUC

any suggestions on fish i could grab?

A great many fish who move a lot, such as dartfish or wrasses, will also move straight up ... and end on the carpet.

You might consider something like a royal gramma (or a small "harem" group of them), or a couple / few azure or Talbot's damselfish, which are more peaceful than most damsels, and tend to stay fairly close to home.

i got a big midas blenny. picking it up saturday.
Im thinking since i lost a puffer i may go that route.
I do not like wrasses as they are either jumpers or jerks in my experience. any ones that arent?

All wrasses are jumpers, while there are many wrasses that aren't jerks.
