What foods do you feed?

Wondering what food everyone uses. Do you rinse your food first? How often do you feed? For fish I use a mix of PE mysis, spirulina brine, LRS. For coral I use a mix of reef nutrition phyto, arctic pods, tiger pods, oyster feast, and sometimes a dash of reef roids.

I went to making all my own food but still feed ab+ daily and oyster feast once a week

Usually a mix of mysis, red plankton, lobster eggs, flakes and pellets. I don’t rinse my food.

Mysis, krill, octopus, squid, scallops, shrimp. I’ll throw some clams in the grinder if I find them on sale. I also feed half a sheet of Nori daily

i feed reef frenzy, mysis shrimp, nori and ocean nutrition prime reef flakes i alternate what i feed daily
