what going on with this? algae?

no worries, it appears to be common GHA as a result of necrosis. Did any other coral felt on top of this one? Do you know the reason why is dying?

nothing had fallen on it. i am not sure if it was hurt during night feeding. during target feeding - the tang will keep pecking on it. other than this,. i am seriously puzzled.

It’s showing receding, this could do with several diferente factors, tank parameters, light, neighbourhood corals that could be stinging it etc... it’s not the algae causing this, algae will grow we’re skeleton has been exposed
