What happen to my anemone...

My BTA anemone stretching its body and showing its flesh, is my anemone healthy? Hes been like that for a weeks and his foot is hiding under the rock and i hope it doesnt stuck. And what you guys think about the bubble, is it growing well?

Looks normal to me. They like to put their feet under rocks and in holes, then extend out into the light/flow.

I've never seen mine lay on the sand bed, however if it's spread out that's a good sign.

Here is another photo of my BTA, Is he really not stuck? I hope he is not trying to get out from the rock instead just expanding for light

looks happy,if was stuck, struggling ,would not be open,most likely balled up trying to move.

It's fine, as the person above said, if it's not happy it will shrink up. Having his foot hidden like that makes it feel secure, they look for places like that to put their foot.
