What happen to my deresa

Is this PMD? I was away for work for 4 days
The clam location was at the other side I think it had been stung by my elegance so when I’m home I quickly shifted it in the morning now it’s night time and it looked like this

Looks to me that it might have been in decline for a bit now. There is "newer" growth but not that bright white growth ring on the shell you want to see. Its been some time since I have had clams but the siphon is gapping and the mantle is pulled away from the shell (could be from sting) doesn't look healthy. Sorry.

been with me for 4 months already would it be safe to dip in fw for pmd and is there fallow period for this thanks

I don't think this is pmd, as mentioned, there's not a lot of new growth and it looks like the other clam barely has new growth as well. You have to introduce the pathogen from another clam, any new additions?

I have a total of
5 Crocea
1 squamosa
1 deresa
1 gigas
Sounded a lot but able to cope up with the alk and calcium
The Croceas has been with me about 8months the others were added together from a lfs

How do the other clams look? any good white light pics?

What par are they under? I only ask because I could never keep a clam alive more than a few months and found out why once I got a par meter. They can take a long time to starve to death.

It looks like you have some black mesh? That can block a lot of light from getting through. The squamosa doesn't look happy and I don't see a lot of significant growth on the shells (from what I can see in the pics). What fish do you have and how long are your lights on?

7 chromis
6 clowns
1 flame angel
4 wrasse
10 gobies
I know a lot of fish
My lights has been running 12hrs include ramp up n down
85% intensity
The mesh is a diy lid for the tank
Todays parameters

Keep an eye on the tangs and angel, if you have any nippers, they will most likely be any one of those. I'm not saying a fish is picking at the clam(s), but going forward, look for culprits if parameters and lighting are in check.

Depending on the "gobies" also. I have seen people call certain blennies gobies and vise versa. Some blennies are known nippers.
