If so, they’ve been scamming people of money for years. Tens of thousands of dollars stolen and people just waiting for their equipment

I don’t know details but I think it all came to a head when Sandler (17k gallon reef posts a lot on social media) called Bill out, not directly, but people knew who he meant. I think that was the final straw for the company which had been having plenty of issues from what I heard and saw.

Ahhh - didn't realize that had happened. I knew I had seen some complaint threads but didn't know it had gotten that bad.

Of course - now I'm watching an hour long video about a 17,000 gallon fish tank...time to pour myself a drink.

I sent my 4in calcium reactor in for repair in 2019. In 2021 after multiple messages he finally said he would send me a new 6in due to not having any 4in in stock. It’s almost 2024 and I’m still waiting. $700 down the drain………
