What Happened! to my Anemone!

I came on to check my tank and my anemone was like this!
(Unfortunately I don't have any current pictures of it looking "healthy" so this is quite old)

Now it looks like this!

The month is gaping bad sign.

Give it some time. Make sure your tank is as clean as is reasonable. Sometimes anemones deflate and look great the next day.
