So I woke up this morning to these grayish lines between the eyes of it. What's going on with my chalice?

It's hard to tell from the photo, but is it like cuts? Can u see the skeleton? Or something else?

Either looks like new eyes, but if it is not then that is possibly a bacteria infection. That could be the end of that piece. Happened to a 5 color watermelon I had. Not a very pleasant situation.

I can't see the skeleton. So there's nothing I can do if it's a bacterial problem? How the heck does it get infected?

I'm really not sure. It may be from low flow issues. I was actually looking up info before and I couldn't find much explanation on the matter. Can u get a better pic of it? How is the flow where it is?

It's on the bottom of my jbj 28 nano, 150 watt radium. Flow is good, has good polyp extension when lights are off. I have had it since it was just 3 eyes.

Could be new eyes or bacteria infection. Hopefully some of the chalice experts chime in. Maybe throw in a piece of poly filter. Try and reduce any harmful elements floating around.
