What happened to my coral

What causes a frag of German Blue polyp digi sps to look good yesterday and today it looks like it is completely covered in a white film and dead? Everything thing else in tank looks fine. I even have a bigger frag of the same German blue polyp digitata that looks great. No big deal bc it was the tip of my other one that I broke off when I first got it but would like to no what happened.

first pic is the dying frag and 2nd pic is the other one I have. This time yesterday they both looked like the 2nd pic.

125 gallon with 30 sump.
Sal-1.025, alk- 9.5, cal-450, mag 1350, nitrates-2, phos-0.02.. I run kalk and vinegar in ato and dose 25ml of 2 part daily with jebao doser. This is the only coral not doing good. It’s a mixed reef!

as you can see in pic I have quite a bit of stuff in there. Weird!

Was it recently cut and mounted.

just a thought,maybe flat worms?those suckers are good at camouflage when not a total infestation.maybe try dipping one and see what comes off.doesn't look like it would hurt at this point.

That Hydnophora next to it is stinging it.

I have had one like that for a long time....it ate a two-polyp favia frag overnight once. (Didn't repeat THAT mistake.)

A little stronger flow around them might help, but separating them always works.

(Even my ID is wrong on the other coral, same diagnosis....I know there are some other corals that look similar.)
