I would choose to wedge it in a crevasse before gluing.
Somewhere calm and low flow.
Might be a gonner if its stressed and releasing its polyps :(

Really sad this was my favorite coral and has been with me for a while

I just tested but my alk was 8 calcium at 420 and testing for mag right now maybe I’ll do another water change I’m not sure why it was stressed it has been looking healthy for a while

Stressed or too much flow. Rarely (and I wish I could give you encouragement) do they rebound after seperation

How long has your tank been up and running and what are your water parameters and lighting look like?
Has it been stable?
My tank is kinda newish at about a year but I do keep lots of torch’s (far away from the hammer) my tank has been constant with parameter no changes I can see the only difference was I did add macro algae yesterday I kept that in my lower par section around 150 with kessil ap 700

I’m thinking to much flow maybe I really don’t run that much

Yeah they look like they getting worse
