What happened to my shrimp?

I have a 20L mixed reef I started off with 3 big shrimp 1 blood red, 2 cleaners. Today I have 1 cleaner.

Other tank inhabitants:
Pair of designer bullet clownfish
Rainfords goby
Geometric Pygmy Perchlet
Huge RBTA ~7 inches across
Smaller green BTA ~3 inches across

I have looked everywhere for these shrimp, the Pygmy perchlet is about the size of a quarter for reference. I lost them both after molts. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have a clean up crew?

Yea about 15 hermits, emerald grab, and a whole bunch of snails

If they molted and where squishy for any length of time and the hermits found them then they might clean up something they aren't supposed to. How long did you have them before they disappeared? If they all went missing in one night or even over the course of a few days it seems unlikely they would all molt in such short succession.

So I think I lost one cleaner about 3 weeks ago and the the blood red about two days ago. It was not back to back. Do you think that would have any effect?
