Hi, I would like to ask is this due to lack of flow for SPS or do you encounter any problem like this before?

Tank parameters:
Calcium 460ppm
KH 7.3DKH
Magnesium 1320ppm
PO4 0ppm
No3 10ppm
Potassium 400ppm
Salinity 1.025
Temperature 26 degree celcius
Light fixture ATI dimmable 6bulbs 3blue plus, 3 coral plus

could be a lot of things, light, flow, placement etc.

How long have you had it?

Where is it in your tank?

This was in my tank for about 2 months. I place it somewhere in the mid range which flow is not that strong. I'm wondering is millepora need a very strong flow?

My Milleporas do better with a lot of flow. What test kits are you using?
I'm using salifert test kit. Then I should try to place in higher flow area. do you think this is caused by lighting? One side the sps manage to get the light but not the other side.

Everyone is ignoring the PO4 being 0...
I highly suggest raising that up, possibly with dosing but be very sparing if using dry chemical. A little goes a very long way and fwiw I see almost identical behaviour in my sps when I have bottomed out on PO4. Good news is that the flesh recovers very quickly <1 month.

What you had advised which also same as my LFS advised. He advised me not to run Rowaphos 24/7 unless I manage to feed the coral everyday.

Without some PO4 in the water it cannot recover, no matter how perfect the conditions are. If it is showing good polyp extension in higher flow. Leave it there for a while. I run an ATI T5 also and it provides more than enough light.
Well done and it sounds like you have fixed one part of the issue. If you are interested in dosing read very carefully and you can get trisodium phosphate very easily on Amazon. 10grams should last you a very very long time. I have only used 2grams in 2 years.
